To participate in the Conference as an author with Springer publication, you must upload your research on the online Springer Meteor platform, help guides have been prepared and can be seen after registering, under “Author Guidelines”.

Papers submitted must have been peer reviewed in accordance with the Springer’s Peer Review Policy.

Conference Information

THE DATE: 27-30 APRIL 2026

THE LOCATION: Fortezza da Basso, Florence - ITALY

The International Conference will be held both in person and online*

*Authors can present their research works through a live remote presentation of a video recording/ppt with audio (lasting max. 15') that will be included in the “video session” that will be uploaded to the dedicated page of the website and projected to all participants during the conference.

REVIEWERS:
All the authors but also experts, researchers and students with expertise in the research areas of the Conference Florence Heri-Tech can be reviewers.
All the reviewers will get these benefits:
1) They will be authomatically part as members of the Technical Program Committee (TPC) of Heri Tech;
2) They will receive a certificate as a "Reviewer 2026”.
3) A special discount for in-person conference attendance. For organizational reasons, please notify us in advance of your attendance in Florence.
