Florence HeriTech in collaboration with its partners is proud to invite the Ukrainian researchers to participate in the 2026 Conference and submit the research papers for selection for the upcoming publication with Springer Nature.
This special offer is open to the Ukrainian nationals representing scientific or educational institutions in their country.

Conference Passes - In-person

Conference Passes - Online
-Authors or co-authors who wish to attend the conference online with a video or ppt with audio to present their article submitted for Springer’s publication.
-Researchers or professionals who wish to present their projects and research online with a video or ppt with audio, without Springer’s publication.
Benefits listed are:
Springer Publication  - 1 Paper, 1 online presentation (video or ppt with audio), Video presentation available on our website for one year, Certificate of Attendance at the Conference.
During the conference, the presentation will be projected on the "Video Session" and all authors, auditors, sponsors, and visitors will be able to listen to it.
Authors participating online can present their research works through a video recording or a ppt with audio (lasting max. 15') that will be uploaded to the dedicated page of the website and projected to all participants during the conference.
Italian-speaking speakers are encouraged to use PowerPoint presentations or videos with English subtitles.
